Qualifications

- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech or equivalent industry patents
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record leading tech transformation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography and neural-symbolic AI integration
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2020-2030 tech strategy
