- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively assess the ethical implications and technical risks associated with deploying next-generation technologies.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can withstand the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategic direction accordingly.
