Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focused on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy integration.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems that can withstand future market demands.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and C-suite leadership.
- Identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into our core product lines by 2026.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of futuristic infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic technology management.
- Proven experience in leading long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year planning).
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative startup or enterprise environment.
