Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in tech leadership with 5+ in strategic program management
- Proven track record of launching complex digital initiatives valued at $10M+
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Certified PMP or equivalent agile credentials
