Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching large-scale tech initiatives ($100M+ budgets)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or human-computer interaction
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech conferences
- Experience scaling global teams across 5+ countries
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
