Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-era technology frameworks across IoT, quantum computing, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation or product architecture
- Proven track record of launching market-defining solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong portfolio of patented innovations or industry-shifting projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Experience securing government/VC innovation funding
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
