Responsibilities
- Develop strategic product roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead end-to-end implementation of quantum-secure blockchain systems
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Coordinate with international standards bodies for AR/VR interoperability
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling products to 10M+ users
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum applications
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Active US security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST AI framework compliance
