Responsibilities
- Design and deploy 2026-ready technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution trajectories
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum integration, neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions to create actionable innovation blueprints
- Develop sustainability frameworks for 2026's circular economy requirements
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive R&D initiatives in our Austin Innovation Labs with $5M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate-tech systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, MIT Press)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF) or Innovation Management
- Experience with blockchain, biotech convergence, or neural tech integration
