Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation digital experiences
- Analyze future market disruptors and translate insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Create compelling vision documents and stakeholder presentations for C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess their impact on future innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products or services that scaled significantly
- Advanced degree in technology, engineering, business, or futures studies preferred
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership publications
