Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies with 3-5 year horizon modeling using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI/quantum computing integration in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Develop patentable innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and climate-tech imperatives
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis protocols for augmented decision-making systems
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, CES, and global policy summits
- Mentor emerging talent through our 'Future Leaders' accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published research on technological singularity or biotech disruption (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) and blockchain architecture
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-casting initiatives
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
