Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for socio-technological shifts post-2025
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmaps implemented
