Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with post-quantum computing evolution
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market viability (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy implementation
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board with data-driven risk assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Transdisciplinary Innovation
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Published research on 4th industrial revolution implications (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario modeling using tools like Causal Layered Analysis
- Experience with quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for 2030 alignment
- Proven track record of scaling innovation programs from concept to market
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible Innovation preferred
