Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics or Systems Engineering
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy at top-tier firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling experimental projects to commercialization
