As a key member of our Future Strategy division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment decisions that define our competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market signals for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in exponential change environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and innovation priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 5-year strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis required
