Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and AI domains
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future-oriented narratives to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation principles in emerging technology development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futuristic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in tech-forward organizations
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or patented innovations
