Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with global megatrends in quantum AI and neurotech
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable smart cities infrastructure solutions
- Partner with academic institutions on next-gen human augmentation research
- Champion ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Drive commercialization of climate-positive technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA for space-tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech sectors
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Biotechnology, Quantum Computing, or Systems Innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Experience securing federal grants exceeding $5M
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) preferred
