Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Mentor junior scientists in emerging tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for R&D projects
