Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products by 2025+
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with long-term strategic planning and scenario modeling
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation management
