- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with organizational vision and investment priorities.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects, delivering measurable ROI.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers.
- Present innovation roadmaps and progress reports to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic consulting with proven 2020s tech leadership.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech) with demonstrable commercialization experience.
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or services that generated >$50M revenue.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or equivalent strategic planning credentials.
- Experience building and leading high-performing, diverse innovation teams in fast-paced environments.
