Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems and next-gen biocomputing platforms
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and emerging quantum research institutions
- Drive patent development for sustainable energy and carbon-negative technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members for $500M+ R&D allocation
- Mentor PhD fellows and junior researchers in cutting-edge experimental methodologies
- Oversee prototyping of neural-quantum interfaces and decentralized AI networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, or Bioengineering (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to commercial deployment
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and molecular-scale computing
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
