Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen technologies (AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 2026+ technological shifts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Strategic planning and scenario modeling experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
