Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies

- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center)
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis of R&D projects
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level communication
