Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/ML solutions for quantum computing applications
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies in Web3 and biotech integration
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of immersive tech (AR/VR) across enterprise operations
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Experience developing 5-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in Agile/Scal methodologies for complex R&D projects
