Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential for 2026 market disruption
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid technology validation
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with proven track record in scaling disruptive products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon capture tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE/Nature journals preferred)
- Experience raising $50M+ in innovation funding from institutional investors
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of launched products with $10M+ ARR impact
