Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 technology landscapes
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for next-gen innovations
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
