- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop ESG frameworks for next-gen products ensuring ethical deployment by 2026
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 10-year vision
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and design strategists
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech
- Proven track record of delivering 3+ market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI governance, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
