- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching scalable digital products with >$50M impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystem dynamics
