Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and create adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation specialists in future-proofing methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 technology readiness indices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Portfolio of 3+ tech breakthroughs launched in the past 5 years
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Deep network with DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
