- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent portfolio expansion with 15+ new intellectual property filings annually
- Mentor a team of 10+ researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits/acquisitions)
- Expertise in machine learning architectures and quantum computing principles
- Exceptional grant writing skills with $50M+ secured funding history
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
