Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in future-proofing tech stacks (Web3, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of scaling MVPs to enterprise-level solutions
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Technology Strategy frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)
