Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligning with long-term business objectives

- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab with diverse technical talent
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven innovation portfolio
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) or equivalent
