Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and global innovation trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing breakthrough solutions in AI ethics, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee patent development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' showcasing 2026 innovation prototypes
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureLeaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (Masters with exceptional experience considered)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar bodies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
