Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong patents portfolio (minimum 5 granted innovations)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with DevOps expertise
