Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3.0
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent experience
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (Harvard/MIT preferred)
