- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with C-suite strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to pioneer next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for 2026 initiative milestones
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor emerging talent in our Quantum Fellows program
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 technologies
- Oversee budget allocation for cutting-edge infrastructure and talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at executive leadership level
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough achievements)
- Proven track record scaling initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or sustainable tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong network with VCs and Fortune 500 innovation heads
- Exceptional command of agile methodologies and stage-gate processes
