Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum applications and AI-human interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor emerging tech trends (biotech, quantum, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic innovation proposals to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Drive sustainability initiatives in next-gen tech development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech innovation leadership with portfolio of future-focused projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and research funding
- Strong background in agile development for experimental technologies
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
