Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)

- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
