Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives to adopt future-ready methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
- Experience scaling tech operations across international markets
