Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional ideation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of 5-8 innovation initiatives with $2M+ budgets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech adoption cycles and market analysis
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
