Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum applications, and circular economy solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI and risk mitigation protocols
- Curate and nurture relationships with technology incubators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures research
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and board audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology transformation projects
