Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap focusing on AI-automation and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop patent-pending technologies with market potential
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG goals and revenue targets
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry thought leaders
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Drive culture of experimentation through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ examples)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, IBM Quantum)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting (>$10M P&L experience)
- Prior work with venture capital funding rounds ($50M+)
