- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D grants from federal agencies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab of 15+ technical specialists
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies ($50M+ impact)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Strong network with federal research agencies (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
