- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging trends (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $25M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion ethical tech development and sustainability principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy/innovation leadership (Fortune 500 scale preferred)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD/MBA ideal)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Credible network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
