Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the company’s technology roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical capabilities with business goals and market demands.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives and pilot programs to test new technological frontiers.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide actionable insights that drive competitive advantage.
- Manage the innovation budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MS in Computer Science, or equivalent) is preferred.
