Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable technology adoption aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-centered solutions for future workplaces and cities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or related field with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in scaling technological innovations from concept to market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in high-stakes environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/DF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
