Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
