Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, AI) in commercial contexts
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-trend forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching successful digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking (preferred)
