- Design and validate prototype solutions using our proprietary FutureSim platform
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on market disruption and sustainability metrics
- Coordinate with global R hubs to align R&D priorities with emerging market needs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or implemented innovation strategies
