Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen products with 18-month market entry targets
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic labs and startups for technology scouting
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets with rigorous KPI tracking
- Champion agile methodologies in R&D environments for rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex product development lifecycles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or major industry conferences
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms (e.g., Spigit, Planview)
