Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology, market, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Champion innovation ecosystems through startup partnerships and academic collaborations
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement innovation governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
